BORN FROM A LIFETIME OF HOLISTIC HEALTH, A DEEP RESPECT FOR THE BODY'S NATURAL ABILITY TO HEAL, AND A BELIEF THAT CARE SHOULD FEEL AS THOUGHTFUL AS IT IS EFFECTIVE.

My practice is built on the idea that health isn't just about treating symptoms — it's about supporting your whole body so you can move, feel, and function with greater ease in everyday life.

Hi, I’m

Chloe

DOG MOM, SARNIA LOCAL, & RECENT GRADUATE

I grew up immersed in holistic health. My father opened Bluewater Nutrition in 1998 when I was three, and some of my earliest memories are of being at the store alongside him, watching him help people feel better.

I started working there at 14, eventually supporting customers in finding products that aligned with their health needs. Over time, my passion for wellness deepened — especially the meaningful connections built through helping others. Seeing customers return to share how supported they felt solidified my desire to pursue a career in healthcare.

After high school, I found myself drawn to osteopathy. I was first introduced to it in 2012 and experienced its benefits firsthand. Having grown up playing competitive soccer and running track — while being notoriously accident-prone — osteopathy helped me stay active, recover from injuries, and move through life with greater balance. That experience deepened my appreciation for the body's resilience and ultimately inspired my path into osteopathic care.

While osteopathy differs from nutritional and naturopathic approaches, I appreciate how seamlessly it works alongside holistic healthcare. Growing up in a wellness-centered environment gave me a strong understanding of supporting the body as a whole — and osteopathy reinforced that through movement, structure, and function. I believe different therapies can complement one another in helping people feel, move, and function at their best.

My approach to osteopathic care is grounded in a gentle, holistic, and patient-centered philosophy that recognizes the body as an interconnected and unified system.

I believe structure, movement, circulation, and the nervous system all work together to support overall health, balance, and wellbeing.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual and designed to support mobility, restore balance, reduce restriction, and encourage the body's natural ability to regulate, adapt, and heal. My goal is to create a thoughtful and supportive treatment experience where patients feel heard, cared for, and empowered in their health journey.

MY APPROACH

Chloe Yazdani | Bluewater Osteopathy

I recently completed my education through the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO), earning my Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (MOMSc).

My training has provided a strong foundation in osteopathic principles, emphasizing the relationship between structure, movement, function, and the body's natural ability to heal and self-regulate through a whole-body approach to care.

I am a member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN) and remain committed to continually expanding my knowledge through ongoing professional development and continuing education. I believe lifelong learning is essential in providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and allowing me to best support my patients through an intentional, evolving, and principles-based approach to osteopathic treatment.

MY EDUCATION

Cliffside view of a beach with waves crashing against rocks and sandy shore at sunset or sunrise.

When I'm not in the office, you can usually find me with my two oversized fur-babies, Morgan and Bronny.

If anyone understands the back pain from a dog taking over your bed or the shoulder tension from walking 200 pounds of dogs the second they spot a squirrel — it's me.

Movement and fitness are still a huge part of my life. I enjoy strength training, competitive soccer, and — thanks to peer pressure — I'm giving running a shot. A marathon isn't in my future, but at least I can survive soccer season a little easier now.

I love slower hobbies too. Baking cookies with my grandma's recipes has always been a favourite, and I recently picked up crocheting because apparently I needed another hobby.

I'm also a collector at heart — rocks, shells, and the occasional treasure from Mindful Jewelry & Crystals. And because balance matters in all areas of life, sometimes that looks like a spicy mango margarita or ending the evening with a great book.
